Inca o intrebare:
Am observat ca in diagbox exista o optiune de a forta regenerarea, ar fi asta o varianta, sau e mult prea plin filtrul la mine ?
As risca sa l umplu mai tare daca fortez o regenerare ?

Am incercat sa i fortez o regenerare si imi da eroare can nu o poate face, nici pe loc nici in miscare.
Ce mi se pare f ciudat in schimb e ca:

replacement of the particle filter 40845 Km"
Nu stiu pe ce se bazeaza cand zice ca mai duce asa mult filtrul asta desi clar pare ca e full..
btw s ar putea sa ai dreptate cu filtrul de particule, pare sa fie modelul pt Euro4, desi masina si codul motor e EURO5, chiar si in talon imi scrie euro5..
Sunt f confuz, nu stiu exact ce model de filtru am nevoie.

Toate cifrele alea relativ la incarcare, cantitate de particule, cantitate de aditiv, distanta ramasa si distanta prcursa de la inlocuirea filtrului sunt doar niste cifre calculate pe baza rulajului pana in momentul diagnozei.
Calculele se duc de multe ori in balarii si cu ele se duc si filtrele.
Cei mai buni indicatori pentru starea filtrului de particule sunt testarea vizuala a tevii de esapament sa fie curata, fara funingine neagra, si presiunea diferentiala imediat dupa o regenerare unde la o testare in mers in sarcina maxima nu ar trebui sa sara de 100 mBar

In pozele puse de tine, filtrul de particule este partea din spate. Se desfac cele 4 suruburi care tin lipit catalizatorul care e in partea din fata si DPF-ul care e in partea din spate.
Linkurile puse de tine nu au legatura cu DPF-ul care-ti trebuie tie.
2.0-ul de 140 cai euro 5 este in mare parte identic cu RHR-ul euro 4 de 136 cai.

Mi au schimbat la service DPF-ul si acuma imi arata load 0%.
Am reusit si sa dau din diagbox replacement PEF si s-au resetat toate contoarele.
Ai dreptate legat de modelul de DPF, nu sunt cele din linkurile mele de mai sus.
E ceva similar cu cel din linkul tau, doar ca sunt mai multe modele aftermarket, unele sunt euro 4 altele euro 5.

Demontatul celui vechi a fost ok cu conducta cu tot?
Am observat si eu ca cele euro 5 sunt mai scumpe decat cele euro 4. Oricum sunt mult mai ieftine decat costau filtrele originale la inceputurile lor.
2-300 euro e o eliminare soft a filtrului.

Anti-pollution system faulty
Filtrul e de la hjs parca si a costat 360€ + conducta 60-70€.
Conducta au pus o noua, pt ca e greu de dat jos fara sa o strici..
cred ca asa e prevazut si de citroen sa se inlocuiasca conducta o data cu filtrul.
schimbarea am facut o la service, manopera cu ceva reducere a ajuns pe la 150€.
Trebuie sa umplu rezervorul de aditiv acuma, mai are doar 1400ml, cam jumatate din cantitate..
Asta cred ca am sa o fac eu.
In DE nu m as risca sa dezactivez/ elimin dpf ul, nu cred ca as mai lua verificarea.
si o data schimbat filtrul, cu un pic de grija, probabil ma v a tine mult si bine de acuma inainte..

Mai am o ultima nelamurire cu DPF ul 
In diagbox imi scrie ca in rezervorul de aditiv mai am 1416ml din 2800.
Am bagat 1 litru ieri si nu a dat afara pe retur, ceea ce e ok, daca nivelul estimat e corect, probabil mai are nevoie de 400ml.
In diagbox nu am reusit sa corectez nivelul din tank.
De ce nu pot din diabgox sa corectez/ dau reset la nivelul de aditiv?

Din cate stiu, nu este senzor de nivel pentru aditiv ci doar senzor de nivel scazut.
Si tot din cate stiu, cantitatea aia e doar o estimare nu e o valoare reala.
Poti merge linistit fara sa-i faci reset. Nu o sa ai probleme cu aditivul pentru 100k km cel putin.

am mai luat un litru si am umplut rezervorul pana a dat afara pe retour.
Am reusit dupa aceea sa resetez volumul recunoscut de ECU.
Acuma e totul ok, sper sa ramana asa.
Am mai avut o eroare de EGR, am sa monitorizez daca mai apare..

Dupa doua luni s a infundat iara filtrul.
Nu stiu care poate fi cauza.
Am comandat un senzor nou de presiune diferential pt DPF, poate totusi sensorul da semnal fals.
Nu imi pot da seama exact ce il poate infunda asa repede, dupa 3500 km..

Re: Anti-pollution system faulty
Daca ar ramane EGR-ul deschis, masina nu ar avea vlaga.
Dar o eroare a EGR-ului poate impiedica regenerarea.
Daca ai o diagnoza, verifica si incearca sa faci urmatoarele:
- vezi ce distanta ai intre ultimile regenerari.
- verifica ce presiune diferentiala ai, preferabil in mers in sarcina maxima. Daca ai intre 1-2-300 mbar, filtrul e ok.
- incearca sa faci o regenerare fortata
- mai fa odata procedura soft de inlocuire DPF

De cand imi apare eroare de DPF in bord masina nu mai trage, nu mai are vlaga.
EGR-ul cred ca a avut probleme, deoarece apareau erori regulate in BSI Fault Journal (P1471).
Intre timp am schimbat EGR ul cu unul nou si eroarea P1471 nu mai apare in loguri pana acuma.
in PEF info: acuma imi pare ca regenerarea este activa. adica incearca sa o faca, dar nu reuseste.
Am impresia ca daca as fi schimbat EGR-ul impreuna cu DPF ul acuma 2 luni, nu cred ca s ar mai fi infundat.
Distanta dintre regenerari la ultimul Diagbox a fost 48km (f. des).
Presiunea in mers nu pot spune exact ca nu mai tin minte dar cred ca era in jur de 200-300 mBar.
In schimb am o presiune la relanti cu motorul cald de 20-25 mBar, cu motorul rece ajunge si la 30 si..
Regenerare stationara fortata am incercat, dar nu a fost cu succes. (Motorul a stat 7 min la 4000rpm), dupa care acceasi eroare permanenta imi apare in bord: anti-pollution system faulty.
Crezi ca in conditiile de fata daca as face procedura de inlocuire DPF via Diagbox ar ajuta la ceva ?
Planul meu este sa curat filtrul vechi si sa l pun pe masina, sa vad daca se mai infunda.
Sper ca EGR ul sa fi fost cauza problemelor si cred ca el mi-a infundat DPF ul nou dupa 3500km.
Datele de la PEF la relanti motor cald, dupa regenerare fortata:

- 07.05.2021 - Ca urmare a unor update-uri efectuate pe serverul de gazduire in 5 februarie 2021, Forumul clubcitroen.ro a suferit niste probleme de compatibilitate cu noul sistem de operare. Din acest motiv, astazi a fost migrat pe un VPS nou. Forumul functioneaza acum in parametri normali. Nu a fost sesizata nici o pierdere de date.
